Printing & batch printing

Open any order from the Orders list and click Print. The sheet is built for the workshop bench:

  • order number and date,
  • each personalized line with the product, variant and all field values — the exact text (check spelling against the customer’s input, it’s verbatim), font, color, swatch choices,
  • links to any customer-uploaded images,
  • no admin chrome — it prints clean from the browser’s print dialog (paper or PDF).

The Print batch button on the Orders list prints every order currently to prepare in a single job:

  • one order per page (page break between orders), so sheets can follow each item through the workshop,
  • up to 100 orders per batch — run it again for the rest if you ever exceed that,
  • same layout as single sheets, including uploaded-image links.

A common rhythm: filter to prepare → print the batch each morning → engrave through the stack → mark orders prepared as sheets come off the bench.

  • Printing to PDF gives you a digital copy for the day’s production run.
  • Font names on the sheet match the font library labels; for machine-ready vectors with the actual fonts embedded, use production SVG files.
